Is it worth to switch to Orcon? Orcon - NZ Internet provider review.

Is it worth to switch to Orcon? Yes – if you want to have set of problems from the very beginning. They promise for their VDSL account 3 months with no payments, and the monthly payment for the next 9 months as $79.95.
So what I have got after switching to Orcon? After only 1 day of normal working, the Internet connection was lost. I rang to their Help line and after 15 minutes of various tests they told me to wait while their technician will fix my problem. It happened at 21 October at 9.30 am. They fixed the problem only on 24 October at 9.21 am. So it took 3 days – 72 hours to fix a problem with Intenet connection.
Yesterday I received an invoice for their service, though I expected to get the invoice 3 months later.
And the amount exceeded all reasonable expectations: $333.14. So I have to pay $333 instead of just a shipment fee for a modem, as per our agreement.
Thus I contacted their billing department by email. Now it is almost one day after I sent my email – no answer at all. How long will I wait for their response – 3 days or even longer? What they decide – to cancel the wrong amount or increase the charges? Who knows.
My rating of their services after 2 weeks being with Orcon is 1 of 5.

And again back to our question: is it worth to switch to Orcon? Yes – if you want to have set of problems with Internet connection, to be highly overcharged, if you are patient enough to wait for 3 days for their response.
Not – if you want a normal service, without any problem and issues. In New Zealand there are such companies as Slingshot, Spark, Wodafone, etc which provide much better service.
