RWC 2011: England 12-19 France

Today in Auckland, Eden Park stadium, England lost to France in quarterfinal of RWC 2011: 12 to 19.
Although most of rugby experts expected that England will get place in the half final of RWC 2011, the reality was that French team inspired by their captain Thierry Dusautoir won in this game!
France had suffered stinging criticism after pool stage flops against New Zealand and Tonga but it was a different story in Saturday's quarter-final at Eden Park as they came out with all guns blazing to stun Martin Johnson's men.
Dimitri Yachvili slotted two superb penalties before Vincent Clerc and Maxime Médard went over to give Les Bleus a 16-0 half-time lead in the quarter-final.
England hit back after the interval with tries from Ben Foden and Mark Cueto either side of a French drop goal from Francois Trinh-Duc but it was too little too late.
So France scored the victory over England and took a place in the last four of the Rugby World Cup.
